Zander has more than a decade of experience working directly with C Suite executives to define risk and safety organizational strategy. He has worked as an executive coach and partner to help leaders understand how to lead safety.

Camber focuses on creating an accident investigation program that is grounded in process improvement, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Zander has extensive experience and expertise with regulatory standards including Federal and State run OSHA programs for General Industry and Construction as well as WorkSafe British Columbia. He is a member of ASTM F27 on Snow and Water Sports. Zander has significant expertise with ANSI standards, specifically B77 Passenger Ropeway Safety Standard, as well as other ASTM, ACCT, and ISO Standards.

Camber collaborates with you to define and implement tracking of both lead and lag metrics that are aligned with the business that drive down claims, incidents, and cost. We also perform trend analysis, which can help your business define core risk and exposures. We use this data along with your business strategy to set Key Performance Indicators.

Camber defines audit and inspection processes to ensure regulatory compliance as well as ensure your companies most important processes are followed and measured. We also perform outdoor and adventure activity equipment and patron safety inspections.

We author both regulatory as well as injury and accident prevention programs tailored to clients needs and culture. Camber reviews and recommends streamlined documentation that ensures process adherence and improvement.

Camber can create Building and Asset Protection plans as well as Business Continuity Planning. We have first hand experience with Wildland fire and also support Emergency Preparedness including Emergency Response, Disaster Recovery.
